Crocs is hiring a Global Integrated Marketing Specialist. The Global Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting development and execution of Crocs’ go-to-market product campaigns, driving relevancy and consideration among audiences and ensuring alignment with the brand. This role will be a key point of contact for global and cross-functional stakeholders to support Marketing Manager working across seasonal activation planning, content creation, channel plans and reporting to identify overarching wins and learnings. What You'll Do

  • Concept and design innovative campaign creative across multiple channels - ranging from e-comm, CRM and social assets, as well as print pieces such as packaging and in-store retail signage.
  • Assists Manager, Global Integrated Marketing in leading cross-functional and consumer-centric product marketing programs, competitive research, and special programs as needed.
  • Effectively drives the activation and coordination of global product marketing strategies that will make a material impact on brand perception and product desirability, including: seamless integration and execution, channel support throughout the activation process, and regional marketing support for local adaptation and execution of global strategy.
  • Partners closely and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Global Product, Merchandising, and Ecommerce to support product launches holistically for the organization.
  • Enables conversation and collaboration among global, regional, and channel teams with excellent communication skills, providing a chance to share status, results, and ideas surrounding key marketing activations.
  • Writes content briefs that are compelling and clear; collaborates with Global Creative team to ensure projects are executed on-time and on-brief.
  • Ensures that all marketing plans are globally relevant and regionally adaptable, partnering closely with regional peers to localize and adapt plans as warranted based on market insights and analytics.
  • Supports in the development, socialization, and institutionalization of content that supports global marketing programs.
  • Prepares campaign playbooks and performance reports for wide range of audiences.
  • Leads analysis and summary of campaign reporting and learnings.
  • Develops a deep understanding of Crocs’ consumers and brand to thoughtfully incorporate into all campaigns.
  • Leads multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant marketing experience including background working in international marketing; experience working with an apparel or footwear brand preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with and understanding of go-to-market process and marketing channel strategies.
  • Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with sense of urgency; must be able to foster and promote a highly collaborative environment.
  • Capable of handling complex situations in a changing environment, with ability to consider complex decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
  • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international acumen with all levels of seniority effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize tasks with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Title: Integrated Marketing Specialist 

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
