Overview
Crocs is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to support marketing of Crocs new line of collectibles, from drop strategy to community engagement to launch execution.
In this role you’ll be a hands-on operator, cultural translator and a connector across partners, product, creative, social commerce, retail and digital teams, helping bring storytelling to life across every collectible release. This role is for someone who already lives and breathes the collector culture, whether through sneakers, trading cards, toys, streetwear or limited-edition drops, it is for someone ready to turn that passion into a scalable marketing engine.
What You'll Do
- Help define how Crocs shows up in the collector economy and how fans experience our most special products
- Own end‑to‑end marketing execution for Crocs Collectibles drops, from pre-tease through launch and post‑drop engagement
- Manage drop calendars, marketing briefs, timelines, and asset needs across channels
- Translate collector behaviors (chase, completion, rarity, trading, display) into marketing moments and launch strategies
- Coordinate influencer, creator, and community activations tied to drops
- Support testing and learning across new platforms, formats, and engagement models
- Track launch performance and capture learnings from fan response and community feedback to continuously improve future drops and evolve best practices
- Design, build, and deliver clear and effective marketing presentations for internal stakeholders and partner meetings.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in an integrated marketing, brand marketing or social role; experience working in footwear, toys, fashion or pop culture brands preferred
- Deep passion for culture, fandom, collecting and consumer-driven innovation. Ideally a collector yourself with an understanding of the emotional drivers behind limited drops.
- Has familiarity with drop culture, blind boxes, live shopping and creator-driven commerce; has experience working with creators, influencers and online communities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and building new ways of working
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives

Salary or Pay Range: $69,000 - $79,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
