Overview
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of the global influencer strategy within the US market. This individual will collaborate closely on developing a strategic partnership roadmap with key brand ambassadors, supporting a variety of campaigns throughout the year. In addition to support in executing the global strategy at a regional level, the Coordinator will manage critical behind-the-scenes operations essential to the success of influencer initiatives. Responsibilities may include campaign support, event activation and oversight, content creation and management, influencer seeding and engagement, and performance tracking and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Assists in the activation and coordination of Global Influencer marketing strategies that will make a material impact on brand perception and product desirability.
- Build close partnerships with key US influencers that ladder up to the global strategy.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns for key integrated and brand partnership campaigns.
- Be responsible for all aspects of product procurement and shipping for the Influencer & Partnerships team, including paid collaborations, influencer campaigns, gifted seeding, and product launches.
- Lead the full shipping workflow—from securing product, packing, and dispatching to relevant parties, to documenting the process and providing timely updates on delays or disruptions.
- Maintain an up-to-date shipping tracker accessible to the entire marketing department for requesting shipments and supervising status.
- Maintain organized inventory of all on-site and off-site product to ensure easy access for cross-functional Marketing teams.
- Upload, track and report user-generated content (UGC) from gifted seeding campaigns using Archive or similar platforms
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience working with a lifestyle brand preferred.
- Strong understanding of the influencer streetwear, fashion, brand space as it relates to exclusive drops, product launches, and collaborations.
- Strong background in content, e-commerce and digital marketing preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with and understanding of content marketing strategy, willingness to test a variety of content tactics to connect with Crocs core consumers.
- Cross-functional team experience with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment; can optimally handle their own time and operates with a sense of self-sufficiency and urgency; with the ability to foster and promote a collaborative environment.

Salary or Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
