Overview

The HR Operations Excellence Manager of Crocs, Inc., is responsible for leading and executing strategic HR initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. This role blends project management expertise with HR process knowledge to drive transformation across systems, functions, and service delivery. 

What You'll Do

  • Co-Lead and execute cross-functional HR operations projects, ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and business objectives. 
  • Partner with HR Shared Services teams to streamline processes and implement scalable solutions. 
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple regions and time zones. 
  • Support system implementations and enhancements (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) by gathering requirements, testing, and training. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and adherence to global standards. 
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. 
  • Contribute to change management efforts, including documentation, training, and communication plans. 

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or project management within a global organization 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. 
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for data analytics with hands-on experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other reporting platforms to drive insights, inform decision-making, and optimize HR processes. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus and/or any project management certifications such as PMP, Lean Six, etc.

Title: HR Operations Excellence Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Connector persona.
