Overview
The Global Trade Compliance Manager (Americas Region) for Crocs, Inc. will support efforts that reduce compliance risk and minimize costs related to import/export activities within Crocs Inc.’s network. This role will manage projects and initiatives related to trade operations in the Americas while ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
What You'll Do
- Manage and track Trade Compliance projects related to Valuation, Classification, FTA’s, COO and 3rd Party risk management.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and implement solutions.
- Support Classification, Valuation, COO import claims to US Customs if needed.
- Innovate and update Global Trade Compliance SOPs.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Design/Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on Trade Compliance initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison with Customs brokers, trade consultants, and external partners to optimize compliance processes and resolve issues.
- Uphold best practices to ensure Crocs and HEYDUDE are in full compliance across all jurisdictions in the Americas.
- Communicate efficiently within a global team of Trade Compliance professionals.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Trade Compliance experience or relevant field preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Takes initiative to generate ideas to drive business and contribute to organizational effectiveness
- Great teammate with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional group

Title: Global Trade Compliance Manager
Salary or Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
