Overview
The Global Onsite NPI/Product Launch Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless global launch process across .com and app be ensuring New Product Introduction (NPI) processes are followed consistently from product creation to launch. This role owns regional line lists, proactively monitors launch readiness, drives issue resolution and serves as one of the primary point of contacts for PIM maintenance and product workflow execution. This role also finds opportunities to improve and automate launch processes to increase speed to market and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Complete the end-to-end NPI process to ensure products launch successfully across Global .com and app
- Manage launches across Mainline, Speed-to-market and Licensed products
- Ensure all required launch milestones are achieved in accordance with agreed timelines
- Validate product readiness before launch, ensuring all products are complete, accurate and commercially ready
- Monitor product launch progress and proactively resolve issues that could impact launch timing
- Continuously evaluate product launch workflows to find opportunities to automate and optimize. Recommend and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort
- Partner with the regional Merchandising and Digital Activation teams on product discoverability initiatives (such as categorization, product tags, PDP imagery, copy callouts etc.)
- Improve launch visibility through reporting, dashboards and workflow enhancements
- Support adoption of new tools and processes that improve operational efficiency
What You'll Bring to the Table
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Business or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in product launch, product operations eCommerce operations or a related field
- Hands-on experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and product catalog management. Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex launches across multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in product data, categorization, translations, launch readiness and data quality governance
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to prioritize simultaneously
- Proactive, process-driven and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced global environment

Salary or Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
