Overview
Crocs is looking for a Project Manager to join our Global Marketing Operations team. This individual will lead the coordination, tracking and execution of marketing campaigns, activations and creative projects for the Sport / Lifestyle category. Working in partnership with global and regional marketing, VPs and Directors, the Project Manager will be responsible for cross-channel communication to ensure all milestones are met and status is updated regularly to the Global Marketing team.
What You'll Do
- Leads cross-functional seasonal campaign execution from campaign brief to final asset delivery, including scheduling and leading meetings, routing work for internal approvals, organizing asset requests, and working with Integrated Marketing, Channel, Creative, Production and Legal teams to ensure on time and efficient project completion.
- Creates, communicates, and executes project timelines within AirTable and continuously optimizes the process and integration of the tool with other Project Managers.
- Leads internal meetings by organizing the agenda, identifying the next steps and completing all post-meeting communications required to move the work forward.
- Effectively communicates process roadblocks and problem-solving recommendations to Global Marketing Operations counterparts.
- Partners with other Projects Managers, in addition to Creative/Channel Operations, to ensure a smooth workflow transition from Global Marketing Calendar strategy & development into Creative & Channel execution
- Works with external agency partners when needed to clearly define milestones and deliverables
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field. Project management certifications appreciated.
- Hands on experience working in a project management system is a plus, Airtable proficiency preferred.
- At least 2+ years of related experience in marketing project management, including a track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong project management experience including project planning, timeline management, attention to detail, and ability to define and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think ahead, take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills. Strong bias towards action and autonomous decision-making.
- Cross-functional team leadership experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with sense of urgency.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Approaches challenges with curiosity and navigates challenges with a solutions-first mindset. Cope effectively with complexity and change.
- Strong communication abilities; written and verbal.

Title: Global Marketing Operations Project Manager
Salary or Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
