Overview

The FP&A Analyst for Crocs, Inc. will be heavily passionate about Supply Chain and building models and reports that support the Global Finance team, while giving our Operations partners insights and direction that they need. This is a high visibility position, and the ideal candidate must have a phenomenal sense of integrity and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver analytical insights to support business decisions and process improvements, external financial reporting communications, data mining and various reporting needs
  • Assist in weekly reporting, ensuring Supply Chain Leadership receives timely and relevant intra-quarter and in-period results against forecasts, targets, and goals
  • Consolidate Global D&L KPI’s: UPC, Package Prices, Volumes by node, D&L CPP’s, etc.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by transforming data and trends into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes
  • Establish trust and communicate effectively with senior management and business partners
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions across multiple disciplines
  • Partner with the FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis and other reporting requirements upon request
  • Support the preparation of all financial metrics required for our forecasting cycles with an understanding of the risks and opportunities to the assumptions included
  • Work effectively within teams, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a high level of initiative
  • Maintain the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure while retaining curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
  • Expert in building models for analysis 
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures

Title: FP&A Analyst 

Salary or Pay Range: $78,000 - $88,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
