Overview

The Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A will support the Corporate FP&A team to drive the transformation of the Crocs, Inc. global FP&A function. They will apply prior experience in finance, project coordination, and stakeholder management to help evolve Crocs’ FP&A function, consistent with a multi-brand enterprise. They will work cross functionally, partnering with the Enterprise, Corporate, and Systems teams to deliver on assigned projects. The scope of activity will be broad, including FP&A fundamental processes, financial modeling, long-range planning, headcount planning, systems, and broader workstreams as they overlap FP&A (e.g., P2P).

  • The Enterprise team runs the global FP&A function and interfaces Brand Finance with the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and Crocs’ investors.
  • The Corporate team partners at the C-suite level with the shared services functions that support Crocs, Inc.,’s brands.
  • The Systems team leads FP&A systems, including SAP/BPC, Workiva, and Power BI.

A hybrid work schedule is required for this role due to the level of collaboration needed, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in multiple cross-functional teams to develop improvement strategies, document project plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and execute assigned tasks to deliver on project goals.
  • Provide the organization with analysis that supports business decisions and process improvements.
  • Provide thought leadership in the interpretation of data into concrete outcomes to drive operational improvement in financial planning and reporting activities.
  • Assist with the implementation of a new financial planning system.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization.
  • Coordinate and support the FP&A planning cycles, including the annual operating plan and long-range plan.
  • Flex into ad-hoc support for various operational needs of the broader Enterprise and Corporate FP&A teams.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team to drive results. 
  • Ability to meet high-pressure deadlines.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial analysis and projections
  • Proficient technical abilities demonstrating knowledge of Microsoft Excel analysis skills
  • Prior experience with SAP, SAP BPC, and Microsoft Power BI a plus
  • Working knowledge of GAAP 
  • Ability to meet high-pressure deadlines when necessary
  • Self-motivated and strong appetite to learn 
  • Comfortable with new technology
  • Coachable and independent
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail

Title: FP&A Analyst 

Salary or Pay Range: $76,000 - $86,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
