Overview
As the Executive Talent Sourcer you will help support our executive recruiting team in identifying, connecting, and building a robust talent pipeline within the Crocs Inc. Your work will help us expand our talent community for various departments between both our Crocs and HEYDUDE brands.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Executive Search, the Executive Talent Sourcer is a key member of our TA organization who develops, leads, and executes robust sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional passive talent. The Executive Talent Sourcer will provide hiring managers and recruiting partners with key market insights while developing strong, diverse pipelines of talent. You will develop a deep understanding of the business and related talent strategies, strong knowledge of the external talent landscape, the ability to quickly identify and understand multiple talent pools, build and execute innovative sourcing strategies, and have a data-driven approach.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive executive search strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify high potential passive and active candidates, which include networking, direct outreach, and social media to identify and engage potential executive candidates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent market insights to make data-driven recommendations for executive talent acquisition.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates, build compelling outreach messages, and maintain ongoing relationships to nurture candidate interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining compliance with data protection legislation.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings, particularly for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates during the sourcing and initial screening process.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years in recruiting, sourcing, and talent management
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a global fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
- Solid knowledge of passive and active candidate sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, various social media platforms, boolean, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive executive recruitment matters.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- A passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging talent acquisition technologies.

Salary or Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Explorer persona.
