Overview
The Executive Assistant is a professional who has an overall understanding of an executive’s day-to-day responsibilities while working with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant understands the requirement for flexibility and accommodates shifting priorities while representing and supporting the Crocs Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and their leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Proactively provide support in coordinating day-to-day business activities.
- Maintain calendar and schedules. Proactively manage the calendar months out. Remove all schedule conflicts and resolve timely.
- Compose and format documentation including PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, letters, and communication to employees.
- Collect agenda items, take minutes for important business meetings, note action items with assigned owners, share with the necessary stakeholders, and follow up as needed.
- Plan and manage events of all sizes including internal & external contact and customer meetings and visits.
- Coordinate meetings and schedule conference rooms. Arrange conference calls and video conference meetings.
- Plan and manage events – including Finance Leadership Meetings, Budget Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, Financial reviews, and Board Meetings.
- Post and manage Board meeting materials, ensuring timely and secure access for all Board members.
- Own travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips, including visa processing/obtainment.
- Provides oversight travel arrangements, confirms reservations, and approves itinerary.
- Coordinate the logistics for all business market trips for the attendees.
- Prepare, review, and track expense reports timely.
- Screen incoming telephone calls.
- Attend and participate in Executive Assistant meetings.
- Provide support to other Executive Assistants as needed.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 6+ years of C-suite level experience, preferably supporting CFO.
- Must have strong PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Outlook, Microsoft Team experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to be proactive, flexible, efficient, and dedicated.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of employees in multiple locations
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Thrives in a position that requires a high degree of multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to carry/ lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/carry up to 25 pounds
- Experience supporting Investor Relations, preferred.

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
