Overview

Crocs is seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to join the Product Operations team as the Director, Product Operations- Personalization. This role provides operational support to our fast-growing global personalization business! This role will be responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness within and across functions to drive the end-to-end product to market process. The primary goal is to develop, train, support, and provide governance for the Product to Market Calendar and new/existing product processes and tools/systems. The Director will be integral in team management, driving process management, and providing project management across the function within the Product organization and outside of it.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the product process and calendar for Go-To-Market (GTM). This includes intersections for Regional Merchandising, Global Marketing, and Global Planning along the path to internal and external sell-in.
  • Develop appropriate rigor for operations/ways of working as product assets mature approaching launch.
  • Oversee Jibbitz function operations, including working through strategic approach to new business opportunities.
  • Key liaison between Product and Marketing teams, focusing on product inputs to the marketing process.
  • Track progress against milestones and report on-time delivery to functional leaders.
  • Conduct milestone hindsights to find opportunities for improvement and conduct root cause analysis where necessary when objectives are missed.
  • Develop training content and deliver training to functional and cross functional teams as needed.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 10+ years related experience and people management experience.
  • Strong organizational, change management, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage calendars and projects.
  • Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and change while driving results
  • Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and complex conditions.

Salary or Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
