What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the product development strategy aligned with the goals and market trends.
- Lead and mentor the product development team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
- Ensure products meet cost targets, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with designers, category managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to create new projects from concept to launch.
- Assist in defining the product vision and strategy for Personalization products, ensuring innovative and competitive product offerings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing vendors and suppliers to ensure quality materials and components.
- Expand the vendor and supplier network to keep up with the growing evolution of personalization products.
- Communicate effectively with collaborators to ensure transparency and alignment.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 10+ years’ development and sourcing experience, preferably with a background in Engineering
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Proven record of success at other globally recognized accessory brands
- Passion and deep knowledge of product development and sourcing
- Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with and connect with others
- Ability to delegate, overseeing multiple projects efficiently and with agility across your team to ensure design review readiness
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong Technical understanding and proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management software
- Ability to travel domestically or globally as required

Title: Director, Product Development - Accessories 
Salary or Pay Range: $170,000 - $175,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
