Overview
The Director, Global Financial Business Planning at Crocs, Inc. is responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial planning processes, including annual operating plans, forecasts, outlooks, and long-range planning. This role ensures strong governance, consistency, and cross-functional alignment across global regions and functions. The Director delivers high-quality financial insights to executive leadership and the Board, supports strategic decision-making, and drives improvements in forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. This leader also plays a critical role in modernizing planning processes, tools, and operating models to enhance scalability and support sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize enterprise-wide financial planning cycles (AOP, forecasts, outlooks, LRP) to establish and enhance planning governance, cadence, and cross-functional alignment across regions, functions, and stakeholders.
- Drive executive alignment on financial assumptions, targets, and performance expectations.
- Lead long-range planning (LRP) process integrating financial outlooks with strategic priorities and capital allocation decisions.
- Identify and evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities impacting growth, margin, and cash flow and translate into actionable insights.
- Partner with leadership to define OpEx and CapEx strategies and improve cost transparency and discipline.
- Enhance forecasting accuracy through standardized methodologies, tools, and scenario planning capabilities.
- Deliver executive-ready reporting and translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, and functional teams.
- Champion transformation initiatives to modernize planning processes, leverage data and technology, and improve efficiency.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team by strengthening capabilities in analytics, modeling, and storytelling while setting clear expectations and driving accountability
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, Finance, IT or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, FP&A, and ERP system processes
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the attention to detail and a focus on translating insights into action.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with individuals across various levels, functions, and geographies
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP, SAP BW, BPC required.
- Experience with Financial tools and reporting such as SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, OneStream, Power BI, SAP Business Objects preferred.

Title: Director, Global Financial Business Planning
Salary or Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
