Overview
The Director of Global Digital Marketing - Product will play a critical role in driving the digital commerce strategy for product centric marketing across global markets. This leader will be responsible for creating and executing digital-first marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage consumers, and drive product category sales. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and product lifecycle management, as well as a passion for storytelling that resonates with diverse global audiences. As a member of the Global Digital Commerce team, the ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be comfortable with ambiguity and continuous change.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Utilize consumer insights, market research, and data analytics to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and lead the global digital product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and business goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Campaign Development
- Oversee the creation and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple categories and digital channels (e.g., web and mobile).
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply them to Crocs’ product marketing initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Creative to ensure cohesive and impactful product launches.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure global consistency in messaging while allowing for local market adaptations.
Performance Management
- Establish KPIs and utilize analytics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize
- Manage the global digital product marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or merchandising
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in the consumer goods or fashion industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global digital commerce marketing campaigns.
- Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills - you understand resourcing and providing growth opportunities for your teammates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Passion for the Crocs brand and eagerness to understand the brand’s values and consumer base
- Experience working with various project management tools & communication tools
- Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work cross-functionality, globally, and influence key stakeholders
- Availability to travel to conferences and regional offices periodically

Title: Director, Global Digital Product Marketing
Salary or Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
