Crocs is hiring a Director, Commercial Marketing GTM. This individual is an expert within strategic planning, communications and operating within a fast-paced environment. The Director, Commercial Marketing GTM is the hub for our global teams to drive connectivity with our alliance partners and retail marketplace. This role is responsible for handling all aspects of seasonal campaign planning across the wholesale and retail marketplace while driving standard process and cross- functional connection with global partners. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Commercial Marketing and work within a cross functional matrix.
What You'll Do
- Drive global consistency of marketing strategy while keeping local relevancy in mind with the US as our largest market, focused on retail and wholesale channels.
- Be the HUB of each market channel to deliver plans, briefs, seasonal toolkits, partnerships and Go-to-Market strategy through key milestones.
- Responsible for the vision, direction and reporting of global alliance partners seasonal marketing plans.
- Work closely with retail and wholesale teams to create cohesiveness between marketing plans and strategy through execution implementation.
- Partner closely with the merchandising teams to ensure marketing plans support key product stories and deliver against shared business goals.
- Design, build, and deliver strategic marketing presentations for internal and account-facing meetings.
- Work with internal cross-functional partners to ensure the AMS Marketing team delivers a consistent and integrated brand experience and message across all account platforms.
- Represent the brand within T2T account partnerships with clear consistency.
- Managing activities throughout various seasons, from current season planning to future season alignment, and crafting approval/review procedures for global consistency.
- Lead consistent feedback to cross-functional teams and review seasonal strategy of marketing plans consistently to ensure market trends are communicated.
- Bring an endless curiosity to drive local relevancy within the commercial landscape.
- Lead with a growth mindset by identifying ways to expand the business, evolve internal processes and share best practices with cross-functional partners and team members.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BA or BS or equivalent experience in Marketing or Retail Marketing, preferably in footwear/apparel.
- At least ten (10) years of applicable experience in brand and retail marketing or equivalent, with a strong understanding of retail marketing.
- At least three (3) years of proven leadership experience in a global brand, or retail marketing role.
- Strong presentation skills along with previous key account management experience and budget management.
- Ability to navigate a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, the customer journey and visual merchandising.
- Highly collaborative and self-motivated.
- Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency, with the ability to quickly change priorities and conditions.
- Copes effectively with complexity and change and adapt well to a fast-paced environment.

Title: Director, Commercial Marketing GTM
Salary or Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
