Crocs is seeking a qualified individual to join the Americas Digital Commerce team as a Digital Marketplace Trading Manager. This is a key role on our Digital Marketplace team, focused on driving our online retail strategy, identifying the latest market changes, and identifying growth opportunities. This candidate will be instrumental in experimenting with new ways to reach shoppers online to drive growth in our digital marketplace channel.


The ideal candidate will thrive in an unstructured and fast paced environment, have an analytical mind, use a growth mindset to think outside of the box, and who is organized & action oriented. As our consumer touchpoints expand digitally, they will use these tools to develop better relationships with our consumers regardless of where they are in the consumer cycle. An ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders is a must. Crocs is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and the person who fills this role will have the opportunity to use this momentum to their advantage and support sustainable, accelerated growth for the business.

What You'll Do

  • Day-to-day management of marketplaces, including but not limited to sales analysis and reporting, pricing, and inventory management
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting, insights, and analysis on business performance, opportunities, and risks
  • Develop and implement promotional strategy during key consumer selling periods
  • Partner with the Planning team to optimize inventory levels within FBA to boost sales while minimizing holding expenses
  • Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams to activate GTM strategy to improve consumer connection, elevate brand experience, and drive growth in channel
  • Proactively seek growth opportunities to accelerate revenue, grow market share, improve search rank, drive organic traffic and increase conversion
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and troubleshoot issues
  • Actively partner with the Brand Protection team in handling brand/IP infringement issues and counterfeit enforcement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketplace requirements, best practices, new trends, and latest updates
  • Meet deadlines, prioritizing projects as needed and presenting any at-risk items
  • Maintain positive attitude, be proactive, and solution-oriented

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, merchandising, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Amazon or other e-commerce marketplace management experience
  • Preferred buying, merchandising, and/or planning experience
  • Experience with Channel Advisor, CommerceHub or similar product listing software preferred
  • Deep understanding of requirements, restrictions, and best practices for selling on marketplaces
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in managing direct reports, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects
  • Takes initiative to generate ideas to drive business and contribute to organizational effectiveness
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate successful track record in Amazon management and/or Amazon sales growth

Title: Digital Marketplace Trading Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
