Overview

 

The Digital Marketing Specialist- Paid Search & Shopping (EMEA/ROW) for Crocs is responsible for running our paid search & shopping strategy and regional execution plans for the EMEA and ROW digital business. This position will support our accelerating growth through campaign planning & testing, product feed management, and ideating new ways to reach meaningful consumer segments.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and shopping/Pmax campaigns on various platforms (Google, Microsoft) for the EMEA & ROW regions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy development. Use bidding tools & technology to improve incremental performance of branded keyword campaigns.
  • Report on paid search & shopping marketing results to wider team and regional stakeholders. Regularly analyze ad & keyword performance, compile findings, and ideate new testing plans to effectively reach important consumer segments. Write compelling ad copy & test variations for performance optimization.
  • Manage and optimize product feeds with our feed partners. Act as the subject matter authority for product feeds, advising other channel owners (paid social, affiliate) on how to best set up and optimize their product feeds. Ensure accurate product data, pricing, and availability across feeds. Implement feed enhancements such as custom labels, promotions, and dynamic updates.
  • Set up and supervise new campaigns, A/B tests, and campaign setting optimizations. Collaborate with other paid search & shopping team members to understand optimal strategies for performance.
  • Handle budgets across campaigns to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Stay informed on upcoming trends and platform changes like new ad formats or new campaign types. Be willing to test new ad enhancements like generative AI.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, merchandising, marketing or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing experience required with hands-on experience in paid search and product feed marketing.
  • Experience within Google Ads, Rithum, and other search or feed management platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of retail eCommerce, especially pertaining to interactive marketing functions (affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, paid social, SEO, etc.)
  • Highly Passionate about performance marketing and possesses the ability to run the business by the numbers.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships and lead change across an organization
  • Core business hours are 9am – 5pm MT, but preference will be given to candidates who are open to occasional early morning calls to support our team in EMEA time zones.

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
