Crocs is seeking a qualified individual to join the Americas Digital Commerce team as a Manager of Digital Marketing Paid Media for etail and marketplace accounts. This role represents a key member of our Digital Marketing team, responsible for implementing, analyzing & optimizing our paid media campaigns for key etail partners and marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven marketing and provide a distinctive level of subject matter expertise on how to develop and deliver strategies to accelerate product sell-through and achieve revenue goals.
This candidate should thrive in an unstructured and fast paced environment, have an analytical mind, use a growth mindset to think outside of the box, and and is organized and action oriented. As our consumer touchpoints expand digitally, they will use these tools to develop better relationships with our consumers on key marketplace sites. What You'll Do
- Lead strategy and optimization of all Amazon Ads paid media campaigns (including search, DSP, and offsite media) and coordinate agency partner direction and relationships
- Implement self-service ad campaigns on marketplace accounts (TikTok Ads, Criteo)
- Oversee campaign performance, perform deep dive analyses, implement robust testing strategies, and identify opportunities to grow or optimize performance across paid marketing tactics
- Develop clear and detailed reports to communicate campaign and test success, highlighting what went well and where we need to improve; Build and implement testing strategies to achieve actionable insights and improve campaign performance
- Handle allocation of budgets across Paid Media channels to achieve both long and short-term revenue goals
- Work with the greater etail and marketplaces team to communicate campaign results & develop strategies, tactics & initiatives necessary to achieve goals
- Serve as key contact for Paid Media by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices and latest developments in digital marketing strategy
- Reliably maintains deadlines, prioritizing projects as needed and communicating any at-risk items
- Coordinate with members from various teams, including GTM, sales, planning, and analytics
- Field special projects and requests as needed
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience leading paid media performance marketing campaigns, preferably in Retail environment or agency
- Experience with Amazon Ads marketing services preferred
- Ability to use data analytics to drive business performance and decision making
- Experience quantifying paid media impact, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals/initiatives
- Deep understanding of bid optimization tools
- Experience managing agency partners & leveraging partner feedback to improve campaign performance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Takes initiative to generate ideas to drive business and contribute to organizational efficiency
- Results oriented and strives to hit metric goals
- Team player with proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups

Title: Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media, Etail, & Marketplaces
Salary or Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
