Overview

This Designer role will be on the Crocs Product GTM team. The Product GTM team is responsible for seasonal product campaign ideation and execution. The team supports the execution of assets on digital/print channels including CRM, website assets, app assets, paid social, DCO, retail, and wholesale. The Designer will maximize brand standards and marketing guidelines to build compelling stories throughout all channels. This new teammate will interact with global cross-functional teams conceptualizing innovative ways to combine marketing strategies and channel goals into compelling visual stories to elevate the overall creative and customer journey.

What You'll Do

  • Translate campaign creative briefs into innovative approaches to convey brand, product, or promotional stories.
  • Create innovative visual design across all customer touchpoints, consistent with brand standards.
  • Design visuals that conform to layout and other brand restrictions yet maintain the consistent voice and style of the respective business.
  • Collaborate with the global creative team to ensure that designs across campaigns are consistent.
  • Design and build responsive site assets and other HTML-friendly layouts.
  • Design with accessibility and usability in mind
  • Work on multiple concurrent design projects such as full email campaigns, product launch landing pages, and promotional pages while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Responsible for crafting campaign elements that help make the website more visually appealing and enhance usability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Build reusable libraries for future use.
  • Effective and engaging presentation skills.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar degree (ie: Communication, Digital Design, Web Design), or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of related experience in Design/Advertising.
  • Experience with global marketing brands and working with translations of languages on the web.
  • Demonstrate an adept skill level with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Experience with video and animation design is a bonus.
  • Experience with responsive design and best practices designing within these constraints.

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
