Overview
We are seeking a Digital Creative Project Manager to join our Creative Operations team who will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative work that supports digital commerce. This role ensures all eCommerce assets are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business goals. They collaborate closely with Creative, Merchandising, Marketing across regions, and external agency partners to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Manage resourcing and timelines for all eCommerce creative initiatives.
- Develop clear project plans, anticipate roadblocks, and adapt schedules as needed.
- Lead kickoffs, reviews, and handoffs to maintain alignment across teams.
- Ensure briefs from stakeholders include accurate product, promotional, and messaging details.
- Improve tools, processes, and documentation to streamline digital asset production.
- Serve as the central connection between Creative, E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, and the external creative agency.
- Provide proactive solutions to workflow issues or shifting priorities.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints early and escalate as needed.
- Oversee final approvals and ensure assets are accurate, optimized, and delivered on time.
- Partner with the creative agency to manage workload, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in creative project management, eCommerce operations, digital marketing or related field.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end creative workflows for digital commerce.
- Experience managing or collaborating with an external creative agency.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
- Track record of identifying bottlenecks and leading process improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and adaptable — able to manage shifting priorities and multiple deliverables.

Title: Digital Creative Project Manager
Salary or Pay Range: $69,000 - $79,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
