The Digital Coordinator on the Global Brand Commerce team, is responsible for managing our digital presentation and assisting in the content and management of collaborations, key products, and global brand stories. This role involves aiding in the seamless execution of global digital strategies to deliver an elevated consumer experience. The Coordinator will be instrumental in delivering fully optimized campaigns and consumer journeys to achieve targeted results. Additionally, this position will require cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment among global and local stakeholders. As a member of the Global eCommerce team, our newest teammate should thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. 

What You'll Do

  • Be responsible for digital execution in the category, including building, scheduling, and maintaining the site experience for collaborations and other brand stories.
  • Confirm product set-up, including images, pricing, descriptions, and scheduling go-live dates.
  • Acquire foundational knowledge within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and CMS to support campaign execution on-site and in-app.
  • Learn and utilize project management tools such as Airtable, SmartSheets and Jira to ensure projects stay on time.
  • Stay current with the latest eCommerce trends and technology to maintain competitiveness in the digital world. 
  • Ensure detailed review of all assets, catching any mistakes before content debuts on the site and/or app.
  • Work with both the QA and UX teams to ensure an optimal and seamless digital marketing experience for the consumer.
  • Track and report campaign metrics (Conversion rate, sell thru, AOV, UPT, etc.) to support campaign recaps and takeaways.
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement launches across multiple regions, working with local and global partner groups.
  • Coordinate meetings, record detailed notes, and send follow-up emails summarizing decisions, action items, and responsible owners. 

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising or computer science or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of digital commerce experience.
  • Some knowledge/experience with Salesforce Commerce & Marketing Clouds.
  • Knowledge of project management and workflow experience including project planning, timeline management, and ability to define and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with various project management tools & communication tools.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change.  
  • Self-directed with growth mindset plus excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
  • You like to work cross-functionality, globally, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once.   
  • Strong initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and have fun.   
  • Periodic travel to regional offices and conferences.

 

We are open to this person being based in our Westwood, MA office.

Salary or Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
