As a Designer, Personalization & Accessories you will support the team working on the creation of consumer centric, disruptive, innovative designs that engages our consumer’s desire to express themselves through personalization within our global brand landscape.  You’ll be icon obsessed and share our brand motto for “Come As You Are” self-expression. What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate understanding of the most forward-thinking consumers and brands globally and how to connect them to the Crocs brand. Passion for accessories, personalization and designing for a broad range of consumers.
  • Interpret trends into compelling products that amplify our personalization focus.
  • Drive the Design vision through to cross functional partners, with strong communication and inspiring presentations.
  • Be a team partner, enhancing our culture of collaboration, trust and communication across Design, Category Management and Development partners.
  • Own a personalization category delivering to seasonal, speed to market and emerging deadlines.
  • Partner closely with our Category Management team to leverage data and trend insights to insure we’re creating the right product.
  • Work closely with product development and factories to ensure our product meets our standards. Continue to push for innovation.
  • Sweat the small stuff, be detailed, action oriented and proactive problem solver.
  • Support the training and development of an Associate level designer/Intern.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • A bachelor’s degree in fashion, industrial design, graphics, accessories or equivalent in related field.
  • Has experience and competency in product and graphic creation, materials, molds and finishes.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic, industrial or accessories design.
  • Effective and influential presentation skills. Presentation skills to large audiences and senior management a plus.
  • People management and development experience.
  • Working knowledge of tech pack creation and PLM/Centric system management.
  • Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe InDesign a plus.

Title: Designer, Personalization & Accessories 

Salary or Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
