Overview

The Custom Sales Manager will aid in the implementation and execution of Crocs customization footwear & Jibbitz program! This includes directly working with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process of Customization orders. This role will be responsible for generating new business through multiple channels including direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and pre-order platforms. This person will work cross functionally with internal teams including Finance, Accounting, Master Data Management, & Legal. 

What You'll Do

This role will convert inbound leads and generate new business while achieving individual sales objectives.

  • Implement business development tasks by responding to inbound leads, identifying new opportunities, generating new business through targeted outreach, working with customers to build a design, helping customers navigate the ordering process, and communicating the Crocs customization processes with customers.
  • Implement quick response time to customer inquiries.

Aid in Distributor customer sales and order processing

  • Assist in the creation and processing for orders placed by distributor partners
  • Ensure order and design accuracy
  • Direct communication with distribution customers

Strong understanding of product licensing and its uses.

  • Follow product licensing organization standards to maintain quality service.
  • Understanding of licensing and logo usage.
  • Strong organizational skills to follow systems for order accuracy.

 

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area
  • 3+ years of custom product sales experience
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of custom and made-to-order product life cycles.
  • Highly organized and able to keep track of multiple customers/orders in a defined process.
  • Strong understanding of customization and product development processes
  • Strong communication skills and able to answer customer inquiries quickly and provide consultative customer service.
  • Provide clear timelines and action items for ordering, order management, and direct customer communication.
  • Knowledge of and experience working in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce back-end systems & add-ons, SharePoint, Docusign, etc
  • Strong sales management and communication skills to build and sustain relationships with sports teams, universities, and corporations
  • Understanding of product margins.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable standard processes.
  • Ability to build and develop working relationships with cross functional teams and various partners internal and external to Crocs.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong process-oriented approach, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
  • Consistent track record of successful sales and marketing experience, particularly in B2B settings
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment
  • A passion for innovation and creativity in delivering customized solutions

Title: Custom Sales Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
