Overview
The Creative Producer leads all aspects of photography, video, and brand presentation assets during the creative process. This person is responsible for planning, developing content, and managing budgets from the initial concept to final delivery. The candidate is an experienced producer with a forward-thinking approach who manages projects and creative production with attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day production of scale photo, video, and AI shoots (pre-production, on-set, and post), small or large.
- Establish and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring flawless execution and communication across teams
- Coordinate and lead external partners including photographers, directors, retouchers, editors, and CGI vendors to ensure high-quality results
- Develop and implement processes for our photography studio, including shoot booking, asset management, and workflow documentation
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate ambitious creative concepts into production plans
- Maintain production calendars, call sheets, and vendor databases to improve efficiency and consistency
- Uphold brand standards and production guidelines across every project, ensuring all outputs are on-brand and of world-class quality
- Stay informed about trends, culturally relevant narratives, and advancements in creative production to keep Crocs at the forefront of innovative storytelling and brand relevance
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of education required
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in photography and motion production; experience in fashion or editorial space is highly preferred
- A passion for art, culture, and innovative creative approaches to content production in an ever-evolving industry
- Demonstrated experience leading a wide range of budgets with outstanding negotiation skills
- General knowledge of licensing, intellectual property, and copyright law
- Comprehensive understanding of production workflows and procedures, including contracting
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams

Title: Creative Producer
Salary or Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
