Crocs is hiring a Creative Designer for the Global Brand Partnerships team. This position is part of the fast-paced and highly collaborative Global Brand Partnerships Creative Team, responsible for campaign creative across all Crocs brand collaborations and licensed product launches. Duties include designing assets for 360 marketing campaigns from concept to execution across retail, e-commerce, and social channels. Success in this role requires strong creative problem-solving abilities, a willingness to seek and value feedback, and strong collaborative and organizational skills. This role provides the chance to work with a wide range of brands across various industries, offering global exposure and visibility.
What You'll Do
- Concept and design innovative campaign creative across multiple channels - ranging from e-comm, CRM and social assets, as well as print pieces such as packaging and in-store retail signage.
- Collaborate with Sr Designers, Marketing, Project Managers, and Copywriters to develop and execute design strategies.
- Assist in the conception, planning and execution of photoshoots and content creation.
- Present concepts to partners and attend partner meetings.
- Independently manage projects and workload.
- Craft and build assets in Figma.
- Work on multiple concurrent design projects at the same time as well as multiple assets at once for any given campaign.
- Maintain extremely high design standards, as well as the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Be coachable and willing to learn the process within the Crocs organization.
- Deliver client files effectively, quickly, and within approved deadlines.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar degree (ie: Digital Design, Web Design).
- At least 2+ years related experience in Digital & Print Design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience creating GIFs and micro animations.
- Must maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor with internal and external partners.
- Takes initiative, is comfortable being assertive, and is self-motivated.
- Must be flexible and able to accept necessary critique and feedback.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to quickly switch gears in order to keep up with feedback and shifting priorities is critical.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups in a congenial and friendly way. Tactfulness is a must.
- Must be a willing communicator and collaborator that enjoys the exchange of ideas.
- Flexible in availability during off-hours to support product launch needs as needed.

Salary or Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
