Crocs is hiring a Content Strategist. The Content Strategist will support the development and implementation of Crocs' content strategy across digital and traditional channels. This role will help translate brand strategy into actionable content plans, analyze content performance, and collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure content meets both brand standards and channel-specific needs. This role will help ensure the production team is working smart, to create high-quality visual content for Crocs brand across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do
Strategy Support & Implementation
- Support the development and execution of content strategies across channels.
- Maintain content guidelines and frameworks for different campaign types.
- Assist in developing channel-specific content recommendations.
- Actively work on driving the post-production process of assets
- Monitor content performance and provide optimization recommendations.
- Support video content planning and requirements gathering.
- Evaluate and prioritize content requests from various stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure content aligns with strategy.
- Partner with regional teams to understand and address local market needs.
- Collaborate with digital/social/ecommerce teams on content requirements and calendars across channels.
- Support content review sessions and provide strategic input.
Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze content performance metrics.
- Conduct content audits to evaluate effectiveness.
- Identify trends and opportunities for content optimization.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and compile results.
- Create regular reports on content performance.
Documentation & Process
- Maintain content strategy documentation.
- Assist in developing briefs and content requirements.
- Support the maintenance of the content calendar.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BA or BS or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- At least eight (8) years of applicable experience in content strategy, content marketing or similar field.
- Strong presentation skills along with previous key account management experience and budget management.
- Ability to navigate a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, the customer journey and visual merchandising.
- Highly collaborative and self-motivated.
- Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency, with the ability to quickly change priorities and conditions.
- Copes effectively with complexity and change and adapt well to a fast-paced environment.

Title: Content Strategist
Salary or Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
