Overview

Ever want to be the social media version of the Wizard of Oz? Ok, maybe not THAT delulu but the Crocs Social Media team is looking for the person behind the keyboard. We are looking for a Croc stan that is creative, funny, trendy and passionate about Organic Social Media Marketing. This role will be integral to global brand marketing by identifying UGC, posting daily content and chatting/listening to our fans to increase brand awareness and community connection.
TLDR: You, a social media and Crocs fanatic, will make fans’ dreams come true by listening, reacting and posting content meant to build connection by moving efficiently at the speed of culture. In Sport Mode of course.
The Global Social Media Coordinator is passionate about organic social media content, detaile oriented, witty and chronically online. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, pop culture enthusiast, and have strong written communication skills and editorial taste. Must be able to pinpoint today’s microtrend or latest version of “rizz” – and use it correctly in a TikTok comment.
This person will work cross-functionally with internal and external partners, making sure all things social ladder into Crocs Social Tone, and channel/campaign strategies. The Coordinator, Global Organic Social Media reports into the Sr. Specialist of Global Social Media.

What You'll Do

  • Own scheduling, posting and commenting across all Organic Social Media channels
  • Experience with Sprinklr is a plus
  • In-platform editing skills required
  • Be Crocs’ voice on social
  • Ladder all Community Management to Crocs tone of voice across different audience affinities/platforms
  • Execute proactive and reactive Community Management on and off Crocs channels with support from the Sr. Specialist of Global Social Media and team including guidelines for campaigns, FAQs, etc
  • UGC searching and permissioning
  • Identify and execute fan gifting opportunities aka “Surprise and Delight”
  • Reporting and analyzing Croc Nation themes, community insights and KPI metrics

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • B.A. or in progress, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-4 years of social media marketing experience or similar applicable field
  • Organic social media and pop culture enthusiast
  • Deeply detailed oriented, strategically creative, brave, and problem-solver
  • Strong written communication skills, must be fluent in internet and brand speak
  • Video and photo experience a plus: You won’t be creating content, but need to know how to give notes to finesse edits that feel authentic to audiences.
  • Highly adaptable: Ability to adopt newness swiftly, shifting algorithms and knowing which tone of voice to activate.
  • Improv or comedy experience/training, “yes and” mentality
  • Willingness to partner with and define legal parameters because lawyers are our besties
  • Excellent collaborator and thorough executor (the details really matter!)
  • Constantly clued into social trends, world news, pop culture and fandoms (Don’t be shy, show us your screentime…)
  • Optimistic, goal-oriented and always curious.

Salary or Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
