Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Crocs Global Media. This individual will work closely with the Senior Global Media Specialists to support the execution of Global Paid Media campaigns. The coordinator will be an advocate for Brand Media best practices with internal and external stakeholders and assist in the execute of day-to-day strategy and communication of our Brand Media plans. They will also work closely with the team to define our plans and approach to our Brand Media strategy, while ensuring that Crocs remains innovative.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the trafficking of creative assets, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Support the development of creative briefs and participate in internal kickoff calls to align stakeholders on campaign goals.
- Serve as a liaison between external and internal creative teams, facilitating clear communication and production needs.
- Update and maintain global marketing playbooks, ensuring they reflect current strategies and best practices.
- Aid with high-level campaign reporting as needed/requested.
- Support the management of timelines and coordinate special projects, such as partnerships, to ensure timely execution.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in media and creative execution, fostering innovation and excellence in brand media strategies.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience running Integrated Marketing, Organic Social, or Social Commerce campaigns.
- Experience and understanding on the latest trends and data points within Brand Media.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable being a key internal touchpoint with our agency partners.
- Some knowledge/experience with media strategy and channels, including everything from social media to digital display.
- Strong initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and have fun.
- Knowledge of project management and workflow experience including project planning, timeline management, and ability to define and meet deadlines.

Salary or Pay Range: $52,000 - $62,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
