Crocs, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Store Fixtures Procurement Manager to lead the consolidation and management of our global suppliers for retail store fixtures and signage. This role is critical in enhancing our procurement processes, improving cost management, and ensuring a consistent look and feel across all retail locations worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and evaluate current global suppliers.
  • Develop and implement a global supplier strategy through spend consolidation to achieve economies of scale.
  • Promote value engineering by proactively researching and recommending material substitutions to accommodate regional variances without sacrificing a consistent ‘look and feel’
  • Ensure consistent quality and performance (‘look and feel’) across all suppliers.
  • Quantify current global spending and project future budgets with regional finance partners.
  • Generate should-cost models for pricing analysis to ensure competitive bids.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with potential supplier(s) to realize cost savings and increase cash flow.
  • Provide visibility and control over spend to prevent inefficiencies and overspending.
  • Oversee the procurement process for store refresh, new construction, and fixture integration.
  • Obtain requirements from global regions and conduct an RFP to ensure competitive, effective supplier partnerships.
  • Address tariff and logistics challenges to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with various departments to align procurement strategies with business goals by optimizing internal processes, supplier selection, and spend management.
  • Foster partnerships with suppliers to enhance value and performance.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Experience in managing global suppliers and budgets.
  • Proven track record in global retail sourcing and value engineering methodologies.
  • Familiarity with retail industry standards and practices.
  • Extensive experience in indirect procurement, particularly in retail construction, fixtures, and signage.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand current spend and supplier performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
