Overview

Crocs is looking for a high-achievement Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Candidate Experience to support the Talent Acquisition team across Corporate Searches for Crocs Brand, HEYDUDE and Enterprise.  If you're a curious and innovative Recruiting professional and excited by the opportunity to deliver outstanding candidate experience processes, onsite interview hosting and candidate/new hire events, this is the perfect role for you!  No other role has the same ability to impact our candidates experience in such a positive way, helping ensure Crocs Inc. remains an employer of choice and top destination for those looking to grow their career!

What You'll Do

  • Engage with candidates and manage their onsite experience throughout the hiring process, booking travel, hosting onsite interviews, planning onsite meetings, happy hours and corporate events that drive candidates’  or new hires’ connection to our teams, brand and offices. 
  • Innovate and elevate our onsite interview experience, especially for senior roles and hard-to-fill positions.  Design and execute a seamless process that ensures our candidates are prepared, comfortable and excited to meet our teams.  This role also ensures candidates traveling to our office have a full scope of information on the Denver or Westwood area in order to consider a possible relocation. 
  • Organize and host onsite recruiting events, career fairs, and promote Crocs as an employer of choice.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with hiring managers and teams, actively contributing to the achievement of our hiring goals.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires through effective communication of our process and timeline, guidance through paperwork completion and preparation and hosting of day one.  Host an impactful, exciting and memorable New Hire Orientation, adapting as needed for in-person or virtual formats.  Assist in the design and structure of NHO presentation, ensuring relevance, value and memorability.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
  • Leverages at least 1 year of experience in successful Coordination, EA or Assistant roles.
  • Enthusiastic ambassador for Crocs, passionate about Talent Acquisition, and ready to contribute to our success.
  • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic environment where needs and priorities may change with little notice.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse situations, ensuring a positive and professional approach even in challenging circumstances.

Salary or Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
