Crocs is hiring a Manager, Brand Media. This individual will partner in the strategic development, management, and execution of Crocs’ brand media. This person will play an integral role in driving brand consideration, awareness and new customers to the brand.


The ideal candidate will be data-driven, consumer-centric, and a creative problem solver. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to how they approach their work and strategic thinking. This individual over indexes in their brand media expertise with extensive background and confidence in developing, executing, and optimizing brand media plans. They have a strong understanding of brand media with an emphasis on digital whilst keeping up on emerging platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own global media plans in partnership with internal team for Crocs’ key product stories ranging from the Classic Clog to Echo to one of our many Collaborations. This includes the building, execution, and management of the campaigns that will drive consideration, awareness, traffic, engagement, and new customer growth.
  • Help develop holistic communications plan and media buying strategy across all paid channels (i.e., Paid Social, Display, CTV, Audio, DOOH).
  • Partner with media agency to ensure frequent and smooth communication, alignment with the brand positioning and strategy, and encouraging a high-functioning and collaborative partnership. Facilitates communication between brand, agency, and internal services in to nimbly, and clearly drive action.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that paid campaigns and content support the seasonal integrated marketing plan, seamlessly supporting brand and product storytelling and growth.
  • Be a product level expert with a pulse on competitor’s strategies and go to market approaches.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to optimize spend and performance, draw insights, and communicate data-driven, actionable takeaways that support the marketing team’s goals.
  • Builds recommendation for utilization of creative assets and strategies across media plans, and crafts briefs for the creative team in the development and deployment of assets to support plan, and the subsequent optimization needs.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field.
  • At least 8+ years extensive experience and proficiency in paid media coupled with a great foundation in brand media.
  • Broad understanding of media measurement and reporting in order to help set objectives, identify optimizations and communicate performance to key partners.
  • Significant experience in how to strategically plan and manage paid media with differing objectives across the marketing funnel: new consumer acquisition, brand awareness and consideration, and understanding of how it works with performance media.
  • Track record of building paid media plans that drive awareness and consideration, and the ability to clearly, simply articulate how it drives the business.
  • Experience and confidence working within a matrixed organization, building positive relationships, and driving empathetic alignment across departments.
  • Strong background in media agency management, and collaborating to deliver against brand objectives.
  • Previous experience in retail/footwear is preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate complex data, trends and insights into actionable strategy: proudly a self-proclaimed data nerd.
  • Deep understanding of media creative and how to optimize.
  • Excellent project management oversight abilities; can drive forward projects and initiatives in ambiguous and changing environments against timelines.

Title: Brand Media Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
