The Associate Product Developer will be responsible for developing projects involving colors and graphics on carryover products and supporting the development of new designs on assigned projects.  The Associate Product Developer will work with and support both the Mainline and Partnerships Product Team to develop a wide range of products. This role will also be a contributor to calendar and process improvement, and achieve product objectives around aesthetic, cost and quality within the necessary timeline.

What You'll Do

  • Support the product development process from product brief inception to production start.
  • Support the various development timelines to ensure key results are met and dates are achieved.
  • Responsible for supporting the product sampling processes. This includes submitting accurate and timely sample requests, managing development samples, and documenting and communicating any necessary revisions and approvals.
  • Basic understanding of Crocs’ varied personalization products, including materials, construction, sourcing, and costing.
  • Maintain clear distributed team communication regarding the product development status. This includes written, verbal, and system driven data management and communication.
  • Work with current and potential suppliers on existing product capabilities as well as innovative new solutions.
  • Ability to help improve or establish new process as needed.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 2+ years of relevant product experience.
  • Basic conceptual understanding and ability to explain theories, practices, and procedures within the product development process.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Ability to help establish or improve process.
  • Be a problem solver, who can work independently, and deal with ambiguity.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required.

Title: Associate Product Developer 

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
