Overview
The Crocs team is seeking a highly organized and diligent Associate Merchant for our Digital Marketplace team. This person will be responsible for handling our seasonal product line lists, and support in season Marketplace needs for the channel. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners to streamline and implement operational needs and work closely with the Merchandising team to support US and Canada Digital Marketplace accounts. This individual will also assist in Ad Hoc reporting as needed which is key to delivering data-driven decisions for the channel. The ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment and meticulous on key processes are a critical part to this role.

What You'll Do
- Support the daily operations within the Marketplace team and partner with Merchandising Manager on all necessary tasks
- Help build and maintain product line lists to accurately reflect merchandising assortment plans
- Build visual line presentations for internal and external use
- Organize seasonal templates for Licensing needs
- Partner with Marketing to build GTM plans each season
- Conduct regular site audits of Marketplace accounts
- Assist Digital Merchandising team with product sample management
- Help pull sales reports and compile ad hoc Marketplace data needs
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2+ years of Buying and Merchandising experience
- 1-2+ years of Digital experience
- Prior experience in Retail and/or Merchandising industry
- Ability to prioritize, manage and meet timelines while staying organized
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Powerpoint skills (building presentations)
- Success in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- You're a supportive teammate who can style-flex to different personalities
- Passion for trends and fashion
- Willingness to learn, and eager to grow Merchandising industry knowledge
- Experience working in Digital Marketplaces a plus (Amazon, Ebay, etc)

Salary or Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
