Overview
The Associate Merchandiser, Operations Wholesale role supports the Wholesale Merchandising team to implement the Global and Regional merchandising vision for Crocs. The role plays a meaningful part in coordinating, maintaining, and leading the processes and information required to bring the seasonal line to life in the Americas region. This role is a critical central partner who leads cross-functional communication and critical business initiatives to drive the day-to-day duties of the Region’s Merchandising needs. Your contributions will help us deliver flawless and world-class merchandising solutions!
What You'll Do
- Coordinate Regional Sell Through reporting with the Merchandising team.
- Plan and complete operations related to template, systems, data, and key timelines and achievements.
- Drive the catalog creation/GTM Decks and finalization, ensuring accurate imagery, pricing, article detail, etc. is completed OTIF seasonally.
- Lead the Regional pricing process and coordinate across Global Product, Sales, Retail, Digital, Finance, and IT to complete pricing OTIF and within margin requirements.
- Own weekly maintenance and communication of the Wholesale line list.
- Support merchandisers in analyzing trends for seasonal evaluations. Develop seasonal competitor assessments within the Americas footwear market.
- Coordinate sample logistics and tracking, including ordering, receiving, and shipping to key collaborators.
- Develop a solid grasp of the entire line by collaborating with all channel merchandisers to ensure data consistency and accuracy
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of work experience in a related function.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Solutions-focused teammate with a strong desire to deliver great outcomes for internal and external partners.
- Proactively finds opportunities for process improvement and suggests innovative ideas and proposals.
- Anticipates team needs and offers assistance proactively, often before requests are made or issues are recognized by others.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid knowledge of the footwear market in the Americas.
- Shows awareness of the requirements and priorities of both internal sales teams and retail partners.

Salary or Pay Range: $69,000 - $79,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
