Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving the Go-to-Market process & execution for the global eCommerce team. This person will work cross-functionally with teams across the globe to resource and deliver campaign initiatives through our digital channels. As part of the global digital team, this individual will be part of a fast-paced, performance-driven driven and action-oriented team and is comfortable with ambiguity and managing change. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, will need to be knowledgeable about GTM activities across digital marketing and onsite merchandising, as well as exhibit a curiosity and drive for process improvement to keep up with an ever-changing consumer environment.

What You'll Do

  • Define and manage the global campaign calendar, including building dashboards, training regional partners, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Intake and validate project briefs, clarify requirements with regional teams, and allocate resources across creative teams to ensure timely and seamless execution.
  • Lead creative sprint planning and resource management, tracking design, copy, and development capacity to meet project timelines.
  • Facilitate production and creative meetings, manage the approval process, and ensure feedback, status updates, and next steps are clearly documented and followed through.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Merchandising, Marketing) and external partners to align-on campaign goals and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the coordination of global product launches, promotions, and digital events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and timelines.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to localize and implement global strategies, ensuring cultural relevance and market fit.
  • Manage ad-hoc digital marketing projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timely execution.
  • Support the global digital team as we build best in class processes and communication across the organization.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BA or BS in business, marketing, merchandising, or computer science preferred; project management certifications a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, agency, or project management role, with demonstrated success in campaign planning, timeline coordination, and on-time delivery.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working cross-functionally and globally to align stakeholders and drive results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, and Jira.

Title: Associate Digital Marketing Specialist 

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
