Overview

We’re looking for a strategically minded Associate Creative Director with brand creative experience to lead our Global Creative Marketing team at Crocs. Our new teammate must be a creative problem solver at heart, a strong storyteller, and be able to lead multiple projects, presentations and meeting deadlines with time spare. Our ACD will lead global projects and teams, while collaborating and reporting into the VP Global Creative Marketing.  

The ACD will guide and encourage the team to produce best-in-class marketing materials across global digital first social channels, digital advertising, as well as collateral materials.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain brand voice and brand consistency across regions and channels
  • Build and evolve visual guidelines for Crocs
  • Work with the global creative team in preparing seasonal product campaigns to be viewed through a global lens, as well as other business units or global marketing initiatives
  • Have a committed understanding of Wholesale, Crocs Retail, and Crocs eCommerce campaigns, social
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams on all outgoing marketing pieces
  • Collaborate with Product and Merchandising teams to develop product positioning and develop seasonal stories
  • Collaborate with local Creative Agency Partners and help direct them on the Crocs brand
  • Design internal corporate presentations and projects as needed
  • Handle and direct a team of creatives
  • Ensure accuracy of consumer-facing content

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years’ experience with an in-house creative team or agency
  • 3+ years supervisory responsibility of creative teams
  • Expert level graphic design skills
  • Ability to commit to the creative vision and passionately execute marketing materials
  • Great background managing and directing the work of others
  • Ability to present and communicate ideas effectively and influence cross-functionally 
  • Knowledge and understanding of advertising principles and evolving standard processes for eComm, digital, print, and retail 
  • Understanding of consumer profiles, research, and data that informs marketing strategies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Copywriting, or similar experience preferred

Title: Associate Creative Director 

Salary or Pay Range: $165,000 - $180,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
