As Associate Category Manager, you will support execution of the global line plan to meet the strategic goals and long-term vision of the brand.  This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. You will apply effective communication & organizational skills to support the product creation process from end-to-end. 

What You'll Do

  • Support execution of seasonal brand & category objectives through assistance in line planning & briefing, special or off-timeline project management, system management, sample tracking & organization, timeline management, milestone presentation support, and cross-functional communication.
  • Learn triad best-practices & product creation lifecycle, ensuring product intent, costing targets & timelines are being met. 
  • Become an expert in consumer, competitor, and marketplace with an emphasis on accessories and personalization trends; Create reports to support and share competitor market research; Partner with design team to capture relevant trends
  • Partner with planning team to analyze historical and real time performance data using an insight to action approach to support decision making.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 0-2 years category management or product line management experience, preferably in a SKU-intensive team.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and works collaboratively.
  • A passion for understanding consumer, culture, market & trends with a distinguished taste-level and eye for commerciality.
  • Seeks to understand multiple points of view, maintain a learning mentality, and expresses viewpoints with confidence.
  • Desire to hone analytical skills and an actioned-oriented approach to data.
  • Creative, out of the box thinking to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Title: Associate Category Manager - Personalization 

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
