We’re looking for an Associate Category Manager, Kids, to join us in crafting the vision for our future; to inspire ideas, collaborate and create.
This role will support the planning and execution of the Global Kids product line. You will support established strategic initiatives, goals, and the long-term vision of the brand. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. You will exercise excellent project management, communication, & organizational skills to support the product creation process from end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Become an expert on the Kids consumer, competitive landscape, and marketplace.
- Master the product creation lifecycle, ensuring product intent, costing targets, and timelines are being met.
- Ensure precise and consistent data integrity across multiple systems & tools.
- Organize and track product samples for past, current, and future seasons.
- Support seasonal objectives by assisting in product briefing, line planning, and creation of impactful visual aids.
- Sharpen go-to-market through product naming, product copy briefing & editing, and communication of updates to product or timing.
- Analyze historical & real-time performance data using an insight-to-action approach.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 1-2 years of product line management experience, preferably in footwear.
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines, experience with PLM system management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; works collaboratively.
- Understanding of footwear construction and storytelling.
- Passion for understanding consumer culture and market trends with a high taste level.
- Curiosity to understand new ideas and opportunities, with a willingness to confidently express viewpoints.
- Eager to enhance analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (strong emphasis on both).
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Office Suite.

Title: Associate Category Manager - Kids
Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
