Overview
Associate Category Manager for Out-Licensing for BRAND Crocs, Inc., who is an agile teammate to join us in bringing consumer-first products to the evolving marketplace. This role will support the execution of the out-licensing programs of the brand, including Accessories, Bags, Socks, and other categories. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. You will exercise excellent project management, communication, & organizational skills to support the product creation process from end to end.
What You'll Do
- Ensure precise and consistent product and assortment information across multiple systems and tools, including Centric, SAP. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Lead the vendor set up process at Crocs, ensure out-licensor is approved in internal system and connected to Crocs Team.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer preferences, competitor activities, and marketplace trends – helping to identify product gaps and opportunities in bags, accessories, socks, and out-licensing.
- Market Analysis and Consumer Insights around possible categories for Crocs to enter.
- Apply analytical skills to interpret real-time and historical product data, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Manage approval process, including samples and portals approvals with partners.
- Contribute to the product briefing process, ensuring alignment with category objectives and consumer needs.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product management, merchandising or a related field.
- 1-2 years category management or product line management experience, preferably in a SKU-intensive team.
- A basic understanding of the product creation lifecycle.
- Strong organizational skills & time management.
- Precise attention to detail.
- Capacity to accept constructive coaching and feedback and implement improvements based on it.
- Ability to think critically and gather information to solve problems.
- Capacity to work cross-functionally & collaboratively with a positive attitude and always upholding professionalism and respect.
- A passion for the product and understanding consumer, culture, market & trends with a distinguished taste and eye for commerciality.
- Seeks to understand multiple points of view, maintain a learning mentality, and expresses viewpoints with confidence. An excellent teammate.

Title: Associate Category Manager, Out Licensing
Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
