The Associate Brand Designer is responsible for the creative execution supporting the global marketing campaign efforts! This includes creative for channels including packaging, print, email, website and digital advertising, as well as in-store creative concepts for wholesale and retail. The Associate Brand Designer will work as a member of the Brand Team to concept and implement best-of-breed campaign creative, and collaborate with Design leads on asset production. The Associate Brand Designer will ideate innovative ways to transform global marketing goals into compelling visual stories that elevate the overall creative and assist in setting the creative direction for the brand.

What You'll Do

  • Create multiple assets for a given campaign, including onsite, email, landing pages, display ads, paid media, and print pieces such as packaging.
  • Translate the global creative briefs into innovative approaches that convey brand and product stories.
  • Create top tier visual designs consistent with brand standards for all customer touch-points.
  • Develop effective design strategies that can solve business needs through creative output.
  • Assist in the conception, planning, and execution of photoshoots (and related content development).
  • Understand the visual hierarchy as well as the visual theory that will inform the creative process.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that designs, across campaigns, are consistent.
  • Work on concurrent design projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand standards while continuously exploring creative boundaries.
  • Maintain exceptionally high design and production standards, and effectively manage work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Deliver files efficiently, promptly, and within approved deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and be receptive to coaching.
  • Support brand initiatives diligently, regardless of scope.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar degree (ie: Communication, Digital Design, Web Design).
  • 2+ years related experience in Print and Digital Design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrate an ability to think conceptually and strategically.
  • Takes initiative, is comfortable being assertive, and is self-motivated.
  • Must be flexible and able to accept necessary critique and feedback.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to quickly switch gears in order to keep up with feedback and shifting priorities are critical.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups in a congenial and friendly way. Tactfulness is a must.
  • Must be a willing communicator and collaborator who enjoys the exchange of ideas.

Title: Associate Brand Designer 

Salary or Pay Range: $59,000 - $69,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
