Overview

The Analyst – Supply Chain Network Design will support Crocs’ global supply chain strategy through advanced modeling, data analysis, and optimization. This role focuses on evaluating cost, service, and capacity trade-offs to inform long-term network decisions such as warehouse placement, flow paths, and transportation design.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve complex supply chain problems using data-driven approaches. This position will collaborate closely with the U.S.-based Network Strategy team to build models, run scenarios, and communicate actionable insights that drive network efficiency and scalability.

What You'll Do

  • Build, validate, and maintain supply chain network models to evaluate strategic and tactical design scenarios.
  • Gather, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (ERP, transportation, fulfillment, etc.) to support network analysis.
  • Conduct scenario modeling to assess cost-to-serve, service level, and capacity trade-offs.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as distribution footprint expansion, warehouse optimization, and transportation routing design.
  • Interpret and summarize modeling results to create executive-ready recommendations and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and Analytics teams to ensure model assumptions align with operational realities.
  • Document methodologies, data inputs, and modeling assumptions for consistency and transparency.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or a related analytical discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, network design, or operations research.
  • Hands-on experience using network optimization tools (e.g., OptiLogic, Llamasoft, or similar platforms).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional and global collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in cost-to-serve analysis, scenario modeling, or transportation network optimization.
  • Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Understanding of supply chain operations, logistics flows, and performance metrics.
