Andrew Rees, Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Rees is the President, Chief Executive Officer of Crocs, Inc., overseeing the brand’s global strategy and operations. Mr. Rees joined Crocs as President in June 2014 and became CEO and joined the Board of Directors in June 2017. Mr. Rees has more than 25 years of experience in the footwear and retail industry. Prior to joining Crocs, Mr. Rees served as Managing Director of L.E.K. Consulting in Boston where he founded and led the firm’s Retail and Consumer Products Practice for 13 years. While at L.E.K., Mr. Rees served as a consultant for Crocs from 2013 to 2014, supporting the development and execution of the company’s strategic growth plan. Previously, Mr. Rees served as Vice President of both Strategic Planning and Retail Operations for Reebok International. He also held a variety of positions at Laura Ashley. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Imperial College, The University of London.

Anne Mehlman, EVP and Chief Financial Officer

Anne Mehlman recently rejoined Crocs, Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 15 years of global financial and operational experience to her role. Ms. Mehlman had previously worked at Crocs, Inc. as Vice President of Corporate Finance from 2011 to 2016. After leaving Crocs in 2016, she served as the CFO of Zappos.com, the ecommerce retailer owned by Amazon. Prior to that, Ms. Mehlman was Director of Finance at RSC Equipment Rental, now United Rentals. She also held various financial roles at Corporate Express, now Staples, and Lockheed Martin. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

Dan Hart, EVP and Chief Legal & Risk Officer

Dan Hart has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Risk Officer for Crocs, Inc. since January 2010. Mr. Hart is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs and human resource departments. This position expands upon his previous role as Crocs’ Executive Vice President of Administration and Corporate Development, which he held from June 2009 through December 2009. Mr. Hart arrived at Crocs following his role as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Océ North America, a division of Océ, N.V., a leading international manufacturing and engineering company, from 2006 to 2009. Prior to this role, Mr. Hart served as Senior Vice President of General Counsel and Human Resources for Invensys Controls from 2002 to 2006, a global manufacturing and engineering operation within Invensys plc, a public U.K. conglomerate. Mr. Hart’s experience also includes senior legal positions at Dictaphone Corporation, Brooke Group Ltd. and a private legal practice in New York City. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.

Michelle Poole, SVP and Chief Product & Merchandising Officer

Michelle Poole has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Product & Merchandising Officer since August 2014. In addition to her product and merchandising responsibilities, Ms. Poole assumed responsibility for the Marketing function in 2017. She has more than 20 years of experience and proven success in the development of leading global fashion and lifestyle brands. Prior to Crocs, she spent five years at Sperry Top-Sider, where she served as Senior Vice President of Product. Ms. Poole was responsible for the creation and implementation of the global product strategy and led several key initiatives, including the launch of a year-round women's business and collaborated on the launch of specialty retail stores and sperrytopsider.com. Her footwear industry experience also includes brand-building roles at Timberland and Converse. Ms. Poole received her Bachelor's degree in fashion marketing from the University of Northumbria.

Terence Reilly, SVP and Chief Marketing Officer

Terence Reilly has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer since 2014. Mr. Reilly leads the Global Marketing team, providing strategic direction and support to the Crocs regional and country marketing teams across the globe. He also oversees all aspects of Crocs' marketing, including brand, advertising, consumer and social media campaigns. Prior to Crocs, he served as Vice President of Marketing at Famous Footwear, where he led national marketing campaigns for the brand. He was a Marketing Leader for Footaction USA, American Express and Prudential, where he served as Vice President of Marketing, and also served as a Marketing Director of MetLife, Prudential and American Express. Mr. Reilly received his Bachelor’s degree from Rider University.

Adam Michaels, SVP and Chief Digital Officer

Adam Michaels serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, a promotion from his position as Vice President of Global e-Commerce after joining the company in 2013. He is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of Crocs’ e-Commerce bus`iness globally. Mr. Michaels has over 15 years of experience in the e-Commerce space including leadership roles at Reebok, where he led the e-Commerce channel, and Cloud 9 Living, where he co-founded and grew the e-Commerce start-up into a successful growth business. Michaels received his Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.

Ann Chan, SVP and General Manager of Americas

Ann Chan serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas region. Ms. Chan joined the company in 2012, and has served in roles of increasing responsibility including most recently as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Europe Region where she was instrumental to the improvement of business processes, operations and growth in the region. Chan has over 20 years of experience in the retail space including roles with New Look and more recently, LaSenza. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Stirchley College.

Neil Parker, SVP & General Manager of Asia

Neil Parker, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Asia Region joined Crocs in 2015. With over 25 years of retail and brand development, Neil knows how to deliver the brand message and results within the complex and ever changing Omni channel world. Neil has worked for many global brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Levi’s, as well as living and managing large cross country portfolios with a strong affinity to the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions, where he has lived and operated.

William (Bill) Bine, SVP, Global Supply Chain

Bill Bine joined the Crocs team in 2017 and serves and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. Mr. Bine is responsible for Crocs’ manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, distribution and logistics. Following his service in the United States Navy, Bine held roles in finance, operations, and process engineering including a role with Ernst & Young. Bine has assumed increasing levels of responsibility in apparel and retail supply chain roles, including time with L Brands Inc., Chico’s FAS and most recently as vice president and chief sourcing officer at Ascena Retail Group where he was responsible global sourcing operations for their diverse and differentiated brands. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Adrian Holloway, SVP & GM, EMEA

Adrian Holloway serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region (EMEA), based in the Netherlands. Adrian joined the company in early 2012 and initially served as the Director of Finance in Europe before spending the next 5 years living and working in the Asian region, initially as a Regional Vice President of Finance before taking on additional commercial responsibility in Asia. Prior to joining Crocs, Adrian held roles of increasing scope and accountability in several global companies including Tesco Plc and Telefonica. Adrian received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and Social Policy and Administration from the University of Surrey.

Shannon Sisler, SVP and Chief People Officer

Shannon Sisler joined Crocs in 2017 as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. Ms. Sisler is responsible for human resources globally, including talent acquisition/development, employee relations, total rewards and corporate facilities. Prior to joining Crocs, Ms. Sisler held HR leadership roles with Davita and Janus Capital and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Talent Management at Western Union where she was responsible for talent acquisition, leadership/ professional development, talent management and workforce strategy. She received her Bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado and her Master of Business Administration from University of Denver.

Michael Feliton, SVP and Chief Information Officer

Michael Feliton is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer responsible for strategic vision regarding technology and the application landscape for Crocs. Mr. Feliton joined the Crocs team in February 2019. He brings 25 years of technology leadership experience and extensive success in IT management, full life cycle software initiatives and business transformation management to the organization. Mr. Feliton has spent the majority of his career specializing in the retail, apparel and footwear industries. Prior to joining Crocs, Mr. Feliton served as the Chief Information Officer at David Yurman in New York City. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey. He has also been an active member in supporting charities and social initiatives, including sitting on the board of directors for Room to Grow in New York City.

Thomas Smach, Chairman

Director since April 2005

Mr. Smach has served as the Chairperson of the Board since June 2011, and as a member of the Board since April 2005. Since 2008, Mr. Smach has been a co-founding partner of Riverwood Capital Management, a private equity firm. From January 2005 to June 2008, Mr. Smach served as the Chief Financial Officer of Flextronics International (“Flextronics”), a NASDAQ-listed electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider. From April 2000 to December 2004, Mr. Smach served as Senior Vice President-Finance of Flextronics. From 1997 to April 2000, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The Dii Group, Inc., an EMS provider and publicly-traded company that merged with Flextronics in early 2000. In addition to currently serving on the board of various private companies around the world, Mr. Smach also served on the board of various public companies in both the United States and Germany. Mr. Smach is a certified public accountant (inactive).

Prakash Melwani

Director since January 2014

Mr. Melwani is a Blackstone director designee. Mr. Melwani is a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone Group, L.P. and is based in New York. He is the Chief Investment Officer of the Private Equity Group and chairs each of its Investment Committees. Since joining Blackstone in 2003, Mr. Melwani has led Blackstone’s investments in Crocs, Inc., Kosmos Energy, Foundation Coal, Texas Genco, Ariel Re, Pinnacle Foods, RGIS Inventory Specialists, Performance Food Group, and Ascend Learning. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Melwani was a founding partner of Vestar Capital Partners and served as its Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Melwani currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ascend Learning, RGIS Inventory Specialists, and Blackstone strategic partner, Patria. Mr. Melwani served on the Board of Directors of Pinnacle Foods, Inc. through December 2015, Kosmos Energy through May 2017 and Performance Food Group through June 2017.

Doreen Wright

Director since June 2011

Ms. Wright served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Campbell Soup Company from 2001 to 2008. Ms. Wright also served as Interim Chief of Human Resources for Campbell Soup Company in 2002. From 1999 to 2001, Ms. Wright served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Nabisco Inc. From 1995 to 1998, Ms. Wright held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations & Systems, Prudential Investments, for Prudential Insurance Company of America. Prior to that, she held various positions with American Express Company, Bankers Trust Corporation, and Merrill Lynch & Co. From 2012 to 2017, Ms. Wright served on the Board of Directors of the WhiteWave Foods Company. From 2009 to 2013, Ms. Wright served on the Board of Directors of Dean Foods Company, a leading food and beverage company. In addition, Ms. Wright served on the Board of Directors of: Citadel Broadcasting Corporation from 2010 to 2011, where she chaired the Compensation Committee; the Oriental Trading Company from 2008 to 2011, where she served on the Audit and Compensation Committees; Yankee Candle Company from 2003 to 2007, where she served on the Compensation and Audit Committees; and Conseco, Inc. from 2007 to 2010, where she served on the Audit and Enterprise Risk Committee.

Ronald Frasch

Director since October 2006

Mr. Frasch served as our Lead Director from November 2012 to January 2016. Since February 2014, Mr. Frasch has served as Operating Partner at Castanea Partners, a private equity firm. From June 2014 to June 2015, Mr. Frasch served as a director of EVINE Live, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed digital commerce company. Mr. Frasch also served as a director of Burberry Ltd. since 2017. Mr. Frasch served as President and Chief Merchandising Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue, a division of Saks, Incorporated, a NYSE-listed luxury fashion retailer, from February 2007 until the merger of Saks, Incorporated with Hudson’s Bay Company in November 2013. From November 2004 until January 2007, he held the post of Vice Chairperson and Chief Merchant of Saks Fifth Avenue. From January 2004 to November 2004, he was employed by Saks in a non-executive capacity. From April 2000 to January 2004, Mr. Frasch served as Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of Bergdorf Goodman (a subsidiary of Neiman Marcus Group, Inc.) and served as President of GFT North America (a subsidiary of Gruppo GFT, based in Turin, Italy, a global producer, marketer, and distributor of fine men’s and women’s clothing, sportswear, and furnishings) from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Frasch also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Escada USA from 1994 to 1996.

Bill Gray

Director since June 2018

Mr. Gray is a Blackstone director designee. He has served as a Senior Advisor to Blackstone’s Private Equity Group since October 2010, advising various Blackstone portfolio companies on sales and marketing strategies to further brand development, as well as on issues management, user experience, channel expansion and digital transformation. Mr. Gray also serves as an investor and/or an advisor to a number of digitally oriented ventures including QF (QuickFrame) Video (a short form Video content creator), Dagne Dover (fashion handbag and accessory start up), and KARD (a charge card digital loyalty rewards start up). Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Gray spent 32 years at The Ogilvy Group, a communications firm, where he held a succession of leadership positions culminating in the roles of CO-CEO Ogilvy Group North America (2005-2009). Mr. Gray serves as a Director of SeaWorld Entertainment and HealthMarkets, Inc. and he previously served as a Director of the Harleysville Property Casualty Insurance and Zinio Digital Newsstand and as a Trustee of Century Capital Family of Mutual Funds. Mr. Gray graduated from Harvard College and received his MBA from the Darden School University of Virginia.

Ian Bickley

Director since April 2015

Mr. Bickley served as an Executive Officer of Tapestry, Inc. (“Tapestry”), a NYSE-listed house of modern luxury lifestyle and accessory brands including Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman until December 2018. Mr. Bickley held a number of executive roles at Tapestry (formerly Coach, Inc.) between 1993 and 2018. From July 2017 to December 2018, Mr. Bickley served as President, Global Business Development and Strategic Alliances for Tapestry. Prior to his last role with Tapestry, he served as President, International Group for Coach from August 2013 to July 2017, President, Coach International from February 2006 to August 2013, President and Chief Executive Officer of Coach Japan from August 2001 to February 2006, Vice President, Coach Japan from 1997 to 2001 and other successively senior positions since joining in 1993.

Doug Treff

Director since June 2016

Mr. Treff currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of World Vision, Inc., an international relief and development organization. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Payless Holdings, Inc. from September 2007 to July 2015 and also as its Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2015. Payless declared bankruptcy in 2017 subsequent to Mr. Treff’s departure. Mr. Treff served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Sears Canada Inc. from 2006 to 2007, having been seconded to Sears Canada from Sears Holdings. Mr. Treff served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Deluxe Corporation from 2000 to 2006. From 1990 to 2000, he held Chief Financial Officer and other leadership roles in finance at Wilsons The Leather Experts Inc., including serving as Vice President, Finance of Wilsons since 1993 and as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary since 1996.
